Introducing La’Crecia Hill – HR & Accounts Manager

As the accounts manager, La’Crecia Hill handles and maintains all aspects of accounting for our firm, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and employee payroll. She keeps the Bliss Law Group running by deftly organizing, managing, and maintaining all financial and employee files.

Alongside her financial and organizational duties at the firm, La’Crecia is also the human resources manager, handling duties such as hiring, compliance, and employee reviews. La’Crecia has a wealth of experience and is incredibly skilled at her job, having managed small businesses for over 15 years and service businesses for the last decade—including solo practitioner physicians and attorneys. She enjoys the feel of the family-like setting small business has to offer as opposed to the corporate feel of a large firm. Thus, she is passionate about contributing to the individual and personal attention afforded to Bliss Law Group’s clients.

La’Crecia is from the area, growing up in Federal Way and moving to NE Tacoma in 2006 after she was married. She received her AA in business management in 2004 and her bachelor’s degree in 2006 from the University of Washington, Tacoma. She has 3 children who keep her busy, but in her spare time she likes to cook, enjoy the outdoors, and spend weekends away with her husband.
